Using employee incentive programs is an excellent way to reward employees that have good employee attendance records. Employees will stop and think about calling in sick when they're just tired or possibly find someone else to pick up a sick child from school early if they have incentives to work toward. For example, you can offer additional days of personal time, or vacation time if staff members meet different employee attendance goals.
